the larger the interval centered on your exact result, the larger the probability that your IQ falls into the interval. I.e. while the chance that you IQ is exactly 145 is rather small, the chance that it is between 130 and 160 is probably quite substantial. with the probability curve already slowly approaching certainty. a 15 point deviation between 2 tests would not be normal.

I had my 11-year-old brother take the Mensa Norway test and his IQ was measured to be 118 (since it assumed he was over 18). I know that the TRI-52 accounts for age group, but I doubt that I will be able to

I have scored 54/60 on the ICAR60, and "diagnosed" with 142 on Mensa Norway. I also could complete Einstein's challenge that apparently only 2% of the population can solve (don't have the screenshot tho). How legit are these results ? More info in the comments

I am 26. I joined Mensa two years ago. The issue I am referring to is, that most propably my official result could be wrong (I speculate because I did many tests the year before, since I was obsessed with finding out my real IQ). That could explain your score being inflated on mensa.no, and mine being deflated.
An IQ of 124 on an SD 16 test is something like 97th percentile and suggests good aptitude at most technical jobs and good potential for excellence in academia. Obviously only study a Math major if the quantitative ability is there, and a Phil major only if the verbal ability is there, and so on. You could exist.
