I'm not actually scared of it but I nervous . I'm all ready singed up for the killington beast and I've never run a spartan before. I know this isn't a beginners race but I didn't want to wait. I have done one other obstacle coarse race but it was only 5.5 miles long. I am a strong half marathon runner and live a very active healthy life.

How to do it: Stand tall under a pull-up bar. Quickly lower your hips and place hands on the ground in front of your feet, then kick your feet out behind you into a pushup position. Change of Clothes – The ones you start the race with will get pretty muddied up. Go ahead and get yourself a clean change of clothes so you can hang out in the festival area afterwards as you proudly wear your Spartan Race medal! Wear your medal with pride. They still have hoses to clean up post race, no hanging tents. I haven't done a race in about 2 years so I'm not sure how covid has affected things, but they used to have lockers you can rent to put your stuff in. I'm sure someone else here can confirm this. At Las Vegas 2 weeks ago there was bag check and lockers.
