There is a document about the shouters whith their locations, you should read it. The first should be on the bridge (old town-barracks). The second one near the harbor's crane. I'm stuck in this quest because everyone is at the party after the arena tournament and if I speak to Ivan he doesn't have any dialogue option. Hope the party will end sooner or later or if I progress on the main quest otherwise I can't save the girl.
